The largest Global spatula, the GS-27 has a large fanned blade with slotted holes, which makes this spatula particularly good for cooking with larger items that are either greasy or tend to fall apart.

The slanted tip has an edge on it, but is not sharp. This gives it a good angle to easily scoop up food or scrape away grease. Good for turning food on a grill, braai or in the frying pan. Nice and flexible to get under the food easily.
